These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and River Root Fisheries and Farm Limited, incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.

All digital products are delivered electronically via download link or access to our Learning Hub platform. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
3. Digital Product License
Upon purchase, River Root grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal-use licence to access and use the purchased digital content for your own agricultural or educational purposes.
This licence expressly prohibits you from:

- Uploading purchased materials to any public platform, file-sharing service, or social media

4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD by default. Multi-currency display (NGN, GBP, EUR, GHS) is provided for convenience; actual charges may reflect the USD equivalent at the time of processing.
We accept payment via:
- Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
- Paystack and Flutterwave payment gateways
- Bank transfer to our designated GTBank business account
- USSD quick payment codes
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any active purchases will not be affected retroactively. We do not store full card details — all card transactions are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Promotional prices and coupon codes are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn without notice. Only one coupon may be applied per order.
5. Intellectual Property

- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
River Root reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found in violation of these conduct standards without notice or refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our digital products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
River Root does not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses

- Outcomes described in course material will be achieved in your specific farming context
- Third-party payment or delivery services will function without disruption
Farming outcomes depend on many local variables including climate, water quality, feed availability, and management practices. Our materials provide evidence-based guidance but cannot guarantee specific yields or profits.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, River Root Fisheries and Farm Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the incident.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless River Root Fisheries and Farm Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any content you submit to or through our platform
- Your use or misuse of our digital products
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (CAMA), the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023, and applicable e-commerce regulations.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

- Display a prominent notice on our platform for 30 days
